Auto House of Clovis is a family owned; team operated, 7,500 square foot Automotive Service and Repair Facility located in Clovis, Ca. We are on Larkin Avenue off Gettysburg one block East of Clovis Avenue.

To assure customers of the best job possible all repairs are guaranteed in writing, for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on parts AND labor.

Auto House of Clovis was founded in April 1997...
Darryl Lowitz the owner worked strictly at a European automotive repair facility for 15 year’s than the company retired after 30 years in business. Also, at that time he rebuilt and repaired air-cooled Volkswagen engines. We also worked on Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Audi and Volvo as well. The need for more space required a move to larger building at 2862 Larkin Avenue in Clovis.

This set the stage for our consistent growth over the years through the process of adapting to the needs and desires of our customers. In 1997 the same thing resulted in our move into the Japanese and American vehicle markets. In every case Darryl found specialists to work for him in servicing his clients needs. Several years ago Darryl combined the operations under one roof to provide our clients with the best combination possible - our proven professional and personalized specialty vehicle service and the convenience of one location for their different vehicles.

As time went on and we began relationships with several people of the community the word got and many people began to bring in their handed down, first car, dream cars to Auto House for an upgrade or complete classic car restoration.

Since our beginnings in 1997 Darryl has added and changed many things in response to customers needs. What has not changed is our commitment to top quality work at a reasonable price.

We are very conscious of the environment in all aspects of our business. Certification of Unified Program Facility Permit hangs proudly in our office.

AFFILIATIONS:

	Blue seal of excellence facility The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) offers a testing and certification program to professional automotive technicians. Twice yearly the institute gives a series of written tests which measure diagnostic and repair skills. Upon passing the exam, and providing proof of a minimum of two years of hands-on experience, a professional becomes ASE certified in a particular area, such as Brakes, Automatic Transmissions, Steering, etc. There are eight basic tests and several advanced tests. Any professional who is certified in all eight areas is certified as a Master Automotive Technician. Every 5 years, professionals must be retested to remain certified. In order to be certified as a "Blue Seal of Excellence Facility", a company must have 75% of it's professionals certified in at least one area. Auto House of Clovis easily meets this requirement since over 75% of our professionals are certified in all eight areas. We also have several Technicians with advanced certifications such as Alternative Fuels and Advanced Computer Control Diagnostics (L1).
	Automotive Service Association The Automotive Service Association's written Code of Ethics sets the standard for excellence in the automotive service industry. Headquartered in Bedford, Texas, it has members in all 50 states and in several foreign countries. As a consumer, you should be aware that the ASA promotes a written Code of Ethics. As an ASA member, we adhere to these strict ethical guidelines, pledging to perform high quality service at a fair and just price. As our customer, you can be assured that we are committed to the highest standards of business practice and will stand behind our service and products.
	Clovis Rotary Membership Auto House of Clovis is an active member of the Clovis Rotary Club – A nonprofit organization made up of men and women who share the passion to provide to our community. A referral network of some of the best business professionals on the Clovis area. Through our connections with other Rotary members, we are able to provide confident referrals to our customers for needs beyond automotive repair.
